Premium job alerts are a one-time purchase for 30 days and do not renew automatically. Once a purchase has been successfully completed, cancellations and refunds are not offered.
If your payment was charged more than once or your account does not show the access you paid for, contact dikshu12002@proton.me with the payment date and Razorpay order reference so we can investigate and correct the payment or account record. Never send a card number, UPI PIN, password, or one-time passcode.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
